On January 30, 2023, FHA INFO 2023-06 announced the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) published Mortgagee Letter (ML) 2023-02, Expansion of the COVID-19 Recovery Loss Mitigation Options. This ML will extend the time period that the Single Family COVID-19 Recovery Options are available and expand the availability of these options to additional borrowers.
